Sakumi stores the minimum information needed to run its features. This may include Discord server IDs, user IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, configured embed content, welcome/leave/boost settings, economy balances, shop items, inventory data, cooldown timestamps, game rewards, and bot status settings.
Stored information is used to provide Sakumi features inside Discord servers, such as showing balances, granting shop roles, sending configured member messages, displaying saved embeds, and keeping per-server settings after restarts.
Sakumi receives information from Discord when users run commands or when server events happen, such as a member joining, leaving, or boosting. Sakumi does not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
If Sakura Invaders is connected to Sakumi, game scores may be stored with Discord user IDs and server IDs so points can award Sakumi server currency and show leaderboards.
Sakumi data is not sold. Data may be processed by hosting, database, and Discord services required to operate the bot and website.
Server owners can remove Sakumi from a server to stop new data collection for that server. For deletion requests or privacy questions, contact support through the Sakumi support page.
Reasonable safeguards are used to protect bot configuration and database access. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but access is limited to what is needed to operate Sakumi.
